Why Choose Active Motion Chiropractic?
What to Expect on Your First Visit
An initial visit with Dr. Quint will begin with a review of your personal health history, an exam of your physical and nervous systems, and an overall review of your well-being. She works hard to create a treatment plan specifically tailored to your individual condition and needs.
Prior to seeing the doctor, you will need time to complete basic information paperwork. We also offer paperwork online through our patient portal. This saves time at your first visit and you can fill out the documents online at your convenience.
Dr. Quint is very thorough, and you should plan at least 45 minutes to an hour for your initial evaluation. This first visit is very important because it will give the doctor the information needed to make and discuss recommendations for appropriate treatment and for the referral to other specialists, as needed.
